AURORA, Colo. — A man wounded in a shooting Tuesday evening died from his injuries at the hospital, according to the Aurora Police Department.
Just before 6 p.m., officers responded to the 14000 block of East 1st Drive, east of Interstate 225 near East Ellsworth Avenue. Once there, officers found a man inside a vehicle who had been shot. The man was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
In an update Wednesday, police said that the man had died. The Arapahoe County Coroner's Office identified the victim as 19-year-old Charles Blea Young.
No arrests have been made and police did not have any information about a suspect in the shooting.

Metro Denver Crime Stoppers works by assigning a code to people who anonymously submit a tip. Information is shared with law enforcement, and Crime Stoppers is notified at the conclusion of the investigation.
From there, an awards committee reviews the information provided and, if the information leads to an arrest, the tipster will be notified. Rewards can be collected using the code numbers received when the tip was originally submitted.
