BROOMFIELD, Colo. — Make it three in a row.
The Valor Christian girls golf team three-peated as state champions on Tuesday, clearing the field at Broadlands Golf Course.
It is also the second year in a row the Eagles have swept both the individual and team titles as Brenna Higgins defended her crown.
Higgins was the only golfer to finish under par, carding a 6-under 138 over the two-day event.
Valor Christian cleared runner-up Fossil Ridge (467) by 25 strokes (442).
