DENVER — Keanna Rosenburgh, 17, was arrested in Barstow, California on Thursday. She was wanted in connection to a shooting outside a bar in downtown Denver that injured five people, the Denver Police Department said in a release.
Her arrest comes more than a month after the shooting took place.
The shooting Rosenburgh is accused in happened the night of Saturday, Sept. 16 outside of Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row on Market Street.
In previous reports on the shooting, police said Rosenburgh got upset after she was not allowed inside the bar due to issues with her ID. Footage obtained from police shows a woman, identified as Rosenburgh, pointing a gun in the direction of the bar.
All five people who were shot survived.
Rosenburgh is in custody for eight counts of investigation of first-degree attempted homicide— she is currently being held in California, according to Thursday's release.
Police said Rosenburgh's arrest was a collective effort between multiple law enforcement agencies, including two FBI teams.
Rosenburgh was identified as the suspect in this shooting through tips sent to Metro Denver Crime Stoppers, police said, and the department's fugitive unit located her in Barstow, California.
