Man arrested, accused of sexual assault at drug testing business

On March 15, Arben "Ben" Duka, was arrested on a sexual assault charge that stems from an Oct. 10 incident.

AURORA, Colo. — A man has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a woman at his drug screening business, and Aurora Police said on Thursday they believe there might be additional victims.

Arben "Ben" Duka, 60, was arrested March 15 on one count of unlawful sexual contact. Duka is accused of assaulting a woman after she provided a urinalysis sample at his business, Aurora Employment Testing, at 1701 Chambers Road, Suite E. The woman reported the assault on Oct. 10, police said.

Officers learned about two other incidents involving Duka in 2023, according to police. Both women in those incidents reported unwanted sexual contact by Duka after providing urinalyses samples, police said.

Duka has been previously charged in Adams County with unlawful sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, police said. Both of those charges are misdemeanors.

Duka changed the name of his business last year, police said. From 2015 to 2023, Duka's business operated under the name Wiz Quiz Employment Testing.

Anyone with information about Duka or who believes they were victimized by him is asked to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867 or visit metrodenvercrimestoppers.com. Tipsters can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.

Denver defense attorney, Colin Bresee, told 9NEWS he is representing Duka in one of the cases. He said there are some legal issues around one of the victims' claims.

He said he was not provided DNA evidence that could confirm a sexual assault had occurred.

Duka is currently out on a $10,000 bond.
