Boulder Police arrest man for indecent exposure

Police arrested 51-year-old Nimroid Boles Folsom and are asking to talk to anyone who believes they are a victim.

BOULDER, Colo. — The Boulder Police Department arrested a man Tuesday night that they said exposed himself on a home security camera.

About 2:30 a.m. June 7, a home security camera caught a man, later identified as 51-year-old Nimroid Boles Folsom, arriving to the Boulder residence wearing a jacket, a tutu, women's stockings, glasses and a beanie, according to an arrest affidavit.

Folsom left the porch but returned just after 3 a.m., the affidavit said. This time Folsom had taken off the tutu and was sitting pantless on the patio furniture with a laptop open, according to the affidavit. The last video showed Folsom completely naked except for the women's stockings.

Folsom has had previous arrests for crimes of this nature, according to police.

Police said Folsom had been seen following college-aged women to their homes in the University Hill and Gross Grove neighborhoods over the past few days.

Folsom was arrested Tuesday night on a single count of indecent exposure, police said.

Additional charges are possible, and anyone with information about this crime or believes they may be a victim of Folsom is asked to contact Detective Her at HerF@bouldercolorado.gov or call 303-441-1829.
