House with 'hashtag' design lists in Denver for $10M

The home boasts 30-foot ceilings made of glass and a heated driveway.

DENVER — A 10,268-square-foot home in Denver's Hilltop neighborhood hit the market today with an asking price of $10 million.

The seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom home at 121 S. Dexter St. was built in 2017 and features a distinct, contemporary design its architect described as a "hashtag."

The home's design process began when the owners viewed Milehimodern listing agent Peter Blank's own house, a modern minimalist ranch in the same neighborhood. Blank helped them find a nearby property to build their own.

"They really wanted to take my house and have a much grander presence as far as square footage and scale," Blank told Denver Business Journal.
