CHERRY HILLS VILLAGE, Colorado — A 7.35-acre Cherry Hills Village estate featuring a fully functional farm hit the market Wednesday with an asking price of $13.5 million.
The 10,994-square-foot main residence, known as Villa Quattro Viste or the "house of four views," was one of the first properties in the area and had views from every direction, listing agent Josh Behr told Denver Business Journal.
The mansion located at 1000 E. Oxford Lane was built in 1925 by architect Harry James Manning. Manning, who moved to Denver from Illinois in 1904, was known for his work on sanitariums before later designing homes for Denver's elite such as Mrs. Verner Z. Reed, the widow of a successful miner who was known for her charitable contributions, and Colorado businessman Charles Boettcher, according to History Colorado.
