DENVER — A popular Denver restaurant has big plans to expand two of its Mile High City locations.
Snooze an A.M. Eatery, known for serving up pancakes and benedicts in its bright, '70s-themed diners, will renovate and expand its original Denver location and its space at Union Station. The projects will cost a combined $3.5 million, according to Snooze CEO David Birzon.
Snooze opened its first location in Denver’s Ballpark District at 2262 Larimer St. in 2006.
“Typically, we would remodel a restaurant every 10 years, so we are way overdue on a remodel in this neighborhood,” Birzon said.
Snooze is investing $2.5 million into its Ballpark location.
