The redevelopment of the former Denver Mart site off Interstate 25 north of downtown, a project costing more than $100 million, has finished construction and landed tenants filling a third of the industrial warehouse campus.
The Pivot Denver project leased about 159,000 square feet to three tenants as the two-year-long rebuilding project wrapped up on the 30-acre site off East 58th Avenue and I-25.
Project developer Westfield Company Inc. says the remaining space in Pivot Denver’s three buildings, totaling 472,800 square feet of interior space, are attracting steady interest for showings to prospective tenants.
The reason is the visible location with 225,000 vehicles passing per day and good highway access, says Matt Mitchell, a partner at Denver-based Westfield Company Inc., which led the redevelopment of the site after acquiring the 30-acre property in 2021.
