As of today, Jared Polis isn't Colorado's governor. But starting tomorrow, he will be again. Polis and Lt. Gov. Primavera were traveling, so Senate President Leroy Garcia was governor for a day. So what did he do with all that power? Marshall Zelinger followed him around to find out.
