Local dairy farm makes dozens of cheeses
Haystack Mountain is a dairy farm in Longmont, specializing in goat cheese. Their goats are local, stationed in Canon City at their partner dairy at the Skyline Correctional Facility. Prisoners milk thousands of goats, providing milk for Haystack's 30 different cheeses.
