What a snowstorm!

Colorado's High Country saw incredible snow totals throughout the weekend, especially on high mountain passes.

In Wyoming, several spots saw totals topping 40 inches, including near Elk Mountain where the Medicine Bow Snotel at 10,500 ft recorded 60 inches of fresh snow. Totals drop off significantly as the elevation goes down.

The Front Range saw modest totals, mostly below two inches. Official snowfall at Denver International Airport was 0.7 inches, bringing the November total to 3.5 inches (average is 7.5 inches).

DIA’s seasonal snow total is 6.7 inches, nearly half of the 12.7 inches considered to be average by November 30.
