Southern Colorado has received several inches of snow Wednesday and Thursday. The 9NEWS Weather team said the snow will gradually taper off in southern and eastern Colorado Thursday morning, but dense freezing fog, a wintry mix, and snow should be expected.

A dense fog advisory is in effect for the Interstate 25 corridor from Fort Collins south to Castle Rock until 10 a.m. Thursday. With temperatures below freezing, expect that moisture in the air to freeze on surfaces which could make for some slick road conditions.
