COLORADO, USA — Heavy snow measured by the feet hit the state's mountain region with storms that packed strong winds, according to data from the National Weather Service.
The heaviest periods of snow happened from Friday through Monday, with two to three feet of snow dumped in mountain areas. Some localized areas saw up to four feet of snow, according to weather data.
