The first round of storms to hit Colorado this week brought some much-need moisture to the state while leaving behind wet, slushy roads for drivers during Tuesday morning's commute.
By mid-morning, some of that snow was already starting to melt around the Denver metro area.

While totals varied quite a bit, cities south and west of Denver reported the highest accumulations.
