DENVER — Friday's forecast for the weekend promised a thick blanket of snow over Colorado's high country, and Mother Nature did not disappoint.
Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories were issued for the mountains and Western Slope Friday afternoon through Saturday afternoon.

The Front Range and other lower elevations were spared from the winter storm, while southwestern Colorado saw totals as high as 20 inches. Here are some places that received significant snowfall over the weekend, according to the National Weather Service's official measurements.
