Another sunny, warm day Thursday

Clear and cool Wednesday evening, ahead of a sunny, warm day Thursday.

DENVER — FORECAST BY: 9NEWS Weather Impact Team Meteorologist Laurann Robinson

THE FORECAST AT A GLANCE:

A cool and clear, Wednesday evening, with overnight lows in the upper 40s. Additionally, gusty winds will calm down, coming in from the south at just 5 to 10 mph.

Thursday and Friday will be your days to get outside! Afternoon highs are expected to reach the middle 80s (seasonal high is 79 degrees, this time of year), with lots of sunshine. Both days, we'll also see breezy afternoon winds.

For the weekend, cooler, wet weather moves in. Highs drop into the lower 70s Saturday, with scattered late-day showers. Sunday, temperatures drop even further, into the lower 60s, with lingering early showers and high country snowfall. Stay tuned for more timing and totals in the coming days!

Sunshine returns and temperatures start to rebound as we move into the next workweek. Expect lots of sunshine (with some slight rain chances) and highs in the lower to middle 70s, just a tad below our seasonal average.
