DENVER — Two international airline routes that launched this year from Denver International Airport will fly more frequently in 2025.
Irish airline Aer Lingus will increase the number of flights on the route between DIA and Dublin Airport, in Ireland, from four to six days per week starting in May, the airline confirmed to the Denver Business Journal.
Similarly, Turkish Airlines is poised to boost its nonstop flights between Denver and Istanbul every day of the week.
The route increases were first reported by the airline schedule and network blog AeroRoutes and confirmed by data from Cirium Inc.
The database shows Aer Lingus route increases beginning in May and the Turkish Airlines increases beginning in July. The Aer Lingus routes will run every day of the week except Tuesday.
Those in the industry say the route additions point to robust passenger demand for those destinations from Denver, which is a core factor that DIA looks for when targeting a new airline. With robust coverage in its domestic market, the airport has more recently focused on new international destinations, such as an African market.
