DENVER — Denver's airport opened three restaurants on Friday in a marketplace in the new expansion area of Concourse C.
The 8,572-square-foot marketplace includes seating for 270 people and features three Denver brands: Mister Oso, Bar Dough and Aviano Coffee, according to a Denver International Airport (DIA) news release.
The restaurants are located near Gate C54. They're the first dining options in the Concourse C-East expansion area, which opened with 16 gates serving Southwest Airlines in 2022.
“As the third busiest airport in the U.S. with 215 nonstop destinations, we are committed to providing diverse and high-quality dining options that reflect the vibrant culture of Denver," said DIA CEO Phil Washington in the release. "That’s why we are so pleased to welcome these three beloved concepts to our newest expansion area in Concourse C."
Mister Oso serves Latin-inspired cuisine, and has two other Denver-area locations in the Washington Park and River North neighborhoods.
Bar Dough serves Italian cuisine with a location in Denver's Lower Highland neighborhood.
This will be Aviano Coffee's fourth Denver metro location and second at DIA.
“Hundreds of thousands of people in Denver have enjoyed Aviano, Bar Dough, and Mister Oso over the years, and it’s remarkable to think we’re now bringing these brands to the world," said Culinary Creative Group founder Juan Pedro. "We feel incredibly proud to partner with world-class collaborators Paradies Lagardère and Huy Pham from Innovation Retail Group."
“We are excited to introduce the popular local brands Aviano Coffee, Mister Oso and Bar Dough to Denver International Airport,” said Huy Pham, founder and CEO of Innovative Retail Group, LLC. “Each concept has been thoughtfully curated to offer travelers a unique experience, whether they’re looking for a quick caffeine boost, a satisfying meal or a delicious snack. These new additions reflect our commitment to quality and innovation, ensuring that every visit to the airport is memorable."
