Two people were killed, and two others remain in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after the truck rolled over several times, according to the Greeley Police Department.
Police said Hector Castaneda Lopez, 48, was charged two counts of vehicular homicide and two counts of vehicular assault. Both charges are felonies.
Greeley Police said he was arrested in Loveland on Saturday after being cleared from the hospital and was booked into the Weld County Jail. He has since been released. Police said excessive speed, dangerous driving and unrestrained occupants were contributing factors to the accident and injuries.

Two of those people died, and two remain there with life-threatening injuries. Castaneda Lopez was not ejected during the accident.
The coroner's officer identified the victims as Leo Villagrana Perales, age 40, and Kellyng Mauricio Figueredo-Gonzalez, 29.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured and stayed on scene, and police said they are cooperating with the investigation.
