AURORA, Colo. — One person has been injured after the vehicle she was driving rolled over on South Parker Road early Wednesday morning.
The crash happened near South Parker Road and East Hampden Avenue, according to the Aurora Police Department.
At about 2:15 a.m., the driver of a Chrysler PT Cruiser was ejected during the crash, police said. The driver was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, according to police.
Northbound South Parker Road was closed at East Hampden Avenue for about 5 hours. Aurora Police reported Parker Road reopened around 7:30 a.m.
Police expect the road to be closed for at least two more hours while crews investigate the crash.
