MORRISON, Colo. — One person is dead after a rollover crash early Friday morning just north of Red Rocks Amphitheatre, Colorado State Patrol (CSP) Master Trooper Gary Cutler said.
The single-vehicle wreck involved a pickup and was reported at about 4:15 a.m., near the intersection of West Alameda Parkway and Highway 93, Cutler said.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
Highway 93 was closed at Red Rocks Gate 1 and just south of the Dinosaur Lot. CSP tweeted just after 11 a.m. that it had reopened.
