The Paris Olympics are now past the halfway mark, but there's still lots of competition to be had, especially on the track and field.

On Day 10 of the Games, medals were handed out in some of the remaining gymnastics events, and Americans competing in team sports continued to work their way through to the final rounds. But the memorable moments weren't just limited to the field of play.
