Inside the Paris 2024 Olympic clubhouse

The first-of-its-kind Olympic Hospitality Venue in Paris is being run by a Colorado events planner.

PARIS, France — For the first time ever, Paris 2024 has an Olympic Experience clubhouse where people can go to learn more about the Olympics, athletes and even see what it’s like to be an Olympian.

It’s a mix between a sports bar with huge screens to watch the Olympics, a museum to learn more about the games and an interactive experience.

At the historic Palis de Tokyo in Paris, Lorinn Rhodes is a long way from her home in Colorado near Denver while she heads up a massive first of its kind project called Clubhouse 24.

“The first time that anyone has embarked with an in the city hospitality experience,” Rhodes said.

It’s a hospitality space for people who buy tickets for the Olympics and upgrade to the Clubhouse 24 Experience where they are greeted with cool drinks, food and everything Olympics.

“It’s interactive, it talks about the history of the Olympics, talks about the athletes and participants of the Olympics,” Rhodes said.

You can put on a VR head set to see what it’s like to get a gold medal in the Paris Olympics.

If you have ever wondered how those cardboard beds feel that athletes sleep, you can try one out. You can see all the Olympic torches and even hold the 2024 torch.

“We have the Olympics torches from past Olympic Games,” Rhodes said. “We have posters as well along with all kinds of fun facts.”

It’s all inside a 130,0000 square foot space that 10,000 people a day will take part in.

“It will be open for 150,000 guests to come through here around 10,000 a day over 19 days and we are open 14 hours day,” Rhodes said.
