The Denver Broncos' C.J. Anderson has launched the "Dreams Never Die Foundation," the running back announced Thursday night.

Anderson's foundation will help youth in his hometown of Vallejo, California and in Colorado.

The foundation's mission statement reads: "The Dreams Never Die Foundation’s mission is to provide inner city and low-income youth with the resources needed to persevere and ultimately reach their maximum potential in academics and/or athletics. We strive to give the youth a sense of belonging and inspiration, no matter the circumstances they may face."

Anderson says they hope to create a facility that will provide resources for academics as well as athletics.
