BOULDER, Colo. — The start time of the final home game for Deion Sanders and the Colorado Buffaloes was announced Monday.
The Buffs (4-4) host the Arizona Wildcats (5-3) on Saturday, Nov. 11, at Folsom Field in Boulder.
The game will kickoff at noon MT and will be televised nationally on Pac-12 Network, the conference announced Monday.
The game is the final home game of the season at Folsom Field, which is celebrating its 100th season. In September, Colorado announced it had sold out all its home football games for the first time ever.
After a bye week, the Buffs returned to action Saturday at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. Colorado lost to the UCLA Bruins, 28-16 to fall to 4-4 for the season.
The Buffaloes next play Saturday, Nov. 4, against Oregon State in Boulder. The game will kickoff at 8 p.m. MT and will be televised nationally on ESPN.
Colorado has already played two 8 p.m. games at Folsom Field on ESPN this season. Coach Prime is not fan of those late prime-time kickoffs.
The late games don't finish until after 11:30 p.m. and can even carry into early Sunday. Each of Colorado's late starts have also extended into double overtime.
“Who makes these 8 o'clock games? Dumbest thing ever. Stupidest thing ever invented in life. Who wants to stay up until 8 o'clock for a darn game?” Sanders said on his weekly radio show. “What about the East Coast — do they even care about ratings? Is anyone watching it? What are we supposed to do with the kids all day until 8 o’clock? What are we supposed to do in the hotel?”
