DENVER — The Denver Nuggets continue to tweak their roster with the postseason just six weeks away.
According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, the team is close to signing former Lakers shooting guard Troy Daniels.
Daniels averaged 4.2 points in 11 minutes per game with Los Angeles this season, but is a career 39.7 percent three-point shooter.
The Nuggets went just 3-20 from long distance in a disappointing loss to the NBA-worst Warriors on Tuesday night.
Because Daniels was released this past Sunday by the Lakers, he'd be eligible to join Denver's playoff roster, should the organization want to include him in their postseason plans.
The Nuggets are back in action Thursday night against the Hornets in Charlotte.
