KUSA — The Nuggets are evolving.
The Denver Nuggets have revealed new logos, uniforms and branding for a "new era."
The team says the new marks and uniforms reflect "the current era of Nuggets basketball," with a nod to the Nuggets' past while allowing the team and its fans to look forward.
The primary logo during the 2018-19 season will be the familiar pickaxe with updated coloring. The team also will have a "Global Icon" and three secondary logos.
The team's palette now features the colors Midnight Blue, Sunshine Yellow, Flatirons Red and Skyline Blue.
The Nuggets have three uniforms called the Association Edition, Icon Edition and Statement Edition.
The white Association Edition will be traditionally worn at home and features "Flatirons Red" Nuggets wording. The navy Icon Edition can be worn at home or on the road.
Fans will likely gravitate towards the team's new third uniform, the Statement Edition. It displays "Mile High City" on the front, a first for any Denver sports team.
