DENVER — Baseball fans will have new plant-based concessions to try at Coors Field during the 2024 season.
Aramark Sports + Entertainment will open Better-Off Burgers, a new concessions concept, at Section 115 in time for the Rockies' home opener on Friday.
Better-Off Burgers features plant-based ballpark items like burgers, chips and shakes, providing fans an alternative to meat.
“After months of research and testing, the Aramark culinary team has created a unique, vegan menu with a robust flavor profile that mimics the taste and texture of real meat,” said Chef Richard Grab, Director of Culinary Innovation for Aramark Sports + Entertainment.
“Better-Off Burgers offers a range of plant-based menu items that will appeal to all game-day goers. Whether you are a vegan, a vegetarian, or a meat-lover, there’s something for everyone on the menu.”
