Behind Tom Green's lens as he photographs the NL West-leading Colorado Rockies

Our Tom Green is much more than just a newsman at 9NEWS. He's also a sports fanatic and avid photographer. Thursday, he was given the opportunity to take photos of the NL West-leading Colorado Rockies.

KUSA — I had a unique opportunity today, a chance to mix two of my passions – sports & photography.

The Colorado Rockies gave me a photo pass, meaning that I could shoot today’s game against Arizona from where the pros shoot.

The team delivered a very complete game, pounding out a 10-3 win for Kyle Freeland’s 15th win of the year…opening up a 2 game lead over the Dodgers in the NL West.
