DENVER — Rockies fans have a new dessert to try at Coors Field.
Aramark Sports + Entertainment announced the new "Polar Pasta" will be available at the ballpark beginning Friday.
The Polar Pasta features vanilla ice cream topped with donut holes, strawberry syrup, and mint.
Aramark said the dessert will be available at Section 119 at Coors Field for a limited time, starting July 19.
The Polar Pasta is one of seven new desserts coming to Major League Baseball ballparks. Other unique offerings will be sold at Citi Field, Citizens Bank Park, Fenway Park, Kauffman Stadium, Minute Maid Park, and PNC Park.
"These offerings are designed to enhance the fan experience with unique flavors, dynamic presentations, and beloved ballpark classics, all while showcasing Aramark’s commitment to culinary innovation," Aramark said in a statement.

- Grilled cheese stuffed with mac and cheese, pulled pork, and bacon strips on sourdough bread.

- Charred hot dog wrapped in a cheeseburger quesadilla and topped with barbecue brisket, French fries, shredded romaine, pickled red onion, Sriracha Cracker Jacks, and 816Sauce. Rival Sports Bar.
