AURORA, Colo. — Thrice is nice for the Eaton High School softball team.
The Reds are now back-to-back-to-back state champions after winning the 2024 title game on Saturday afternoon at Aurora Sports Park.
Eaton topped crosstown rival University 8-6 for its third consecutive championship, and fourth in program history.
The Reds went 26-3 overall in route to the state title. The Bulldogs finished 21-8 as runner-up.
