THORNTON, Colo. — Back-to-back champs.
The Evergreen girls swim and dive team defended its Class 3A state crown at Veterans Memorial Aquatic Center on Saturday, notching its second program title in the short four-year history of the 3A meet.
The Cougars worked as a team, winning both the 200 medley and 400 freestyle relays to begin and end the competition.
