A sloppy storm brought wet, heavy snow to the Front Range Friday.
The southern and western Denver suburbs saw the most accumulation, while areas up north and to the east only saw a few flakes. The storm also did not provide much snow for the far northwestern and far southwestern mountains.

Winter Weather Advisories are in effect until early Saturday morning for much of the Denver area, locations along Interstate 70 to the Colorado and Kansas state line, central mountain locations along the Continental Divide, and through southern Colorado and the Sangre de Cristos.
After the storm exits Saturday morning we'll have some partial clearing with a cool day. Highs are forecast to be in the upper 30s.
