Eagle-eyed viewers of the Suicide Squad trailers so far saw not only Jared Leto's new take on the Joker but also fleeting glimpses of his colorfully costumed gang. (The dude with the big eyeball for a head is hard to miss.)
Now we've got a great new look at one of Joker's henchmen, the lovingly named Panda Man. Here's the exclusive reveal of an action-figure set ($40) featuring him and his boss that will be available from Mattel at Comic-Con (July 20-24).
If the "Friends Forever" heart on his furry chest isn't creepy enough, Panda Man is armed with a machine gun.
Though, if we're being honest, he's nowhere near as oddball as the tattoo-laden Joker. (Love the Bat-pants, by the way.)
There are a few other fun Comic-Con options for #SKWAD lovers:
Harley Quinn Hot Wheels
Sure, putting Margot Robbie's psychotic bad girl behind the wheel of a car is not a great idea. But her Hot Wheels themed car ($25) is crazy rad and features "tattoos" like "Daddy's Lil Monster" and "Property of Joker" from the movie. Added bonus: It comes in a swinging state much like the Harley in the trailer.
Katana
Karen Fukuhara's sword-wielding character is a take-no-guff kind of lady, and while your kids might not be old enough to see Suicide Squad when it get released Aug. 5, they can start their comic-book education off right with her DC Super Hero Girls figure ($40).
The Suicide Squad merch plus the other Comic-Con exclusives from Mattel — including a Hot Wheels tribute to Leonard Nimoy and others revealed in the below gallery — will be available for preorder beginning June 17 at MattyCollector.com.
