Infiniti is going to show a dressed-up version of its QX70 luxury performance crossover SUV at the New York Auto Show, it announced Monday.

The changes are largely cosmetic, both on the outside and the inside of the QX70 limited. They include:

•Outside. A new front end look that includes LED daytime running lights instead of the standard fog lights and a new grille. There will also be body-colored side air vents and dark finishes to the outside mirror housings and taillights. Plus, there will be special painted wheels.

•Inside. The SUV will have a features a fancier interior, with a dark-color headliner, special open pore-wood trim with aluminum trim on the console and floor pedals, and "deep-pillow quilting" on the center console.

"The QX70 Limited offers a range of premium exterior and interior treatments, adding an extra touch of exclusivity to the dramatically styled crossover," said Randy Parker, vice president for Infiniti Americas.

Beyond that, it's pretty much the same SUV as any other QX70. It has the same 325-horsepower 3.7-liter V-6, a seven-speed automatic transmission and cameras on all sides can see the curb or other cars from all angles.
