CENTENNIAL - Almost a year after announcing the project, developers have started construction on ManCaves in Centennial — the second project aimed at high-end car storage in southeast Denver this year.

ManCaves plans call for a four-building, 63,000-square-foot complex with 64 owned units and a clubhouse. The three-acre development is on Broncos Parkway and Adams Aircraft Circle, across from the Denver Broncos headquarters and training facility at Dove Valley.

"This is going to be a big trend," said Jack Koson, who is one of the partners who bought the land and launched the $6 million development.

It joins an under-construction car museum and high-end storage facility in Parker called Car Condos.
