Top prize in last night's Powerball was sold in Colorado

LAKEWOOD, Colo. — There was no Powerball jackpot winner Wednesday night, but the top prize was sold in Colorado.

The single winner listed for Wednesday's Powerball drawing was two tickets worth $50,000 each.

The two tickets, worth a total of $100,000, were sold at Players Cafe in Lakewood. The lucky tickets each matched four balls and the Powerball.

Wednesday night's winning Powerball numbers were 2, 26, 45, 46, 52 and the Powerball was 21 and Power Play 2.

The next Powerball drawing will be held Saturday with an estimated jackpot of $243 million.

The Powerball drawing takes place live at 10:59 p.m. Eastern every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. Tickets, which cost $2 per play, are sold in 45 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
