Fire crews were able to contain a grass fire near the 500 block of Faver Drive near Castle Rock.
South Metro Fire was dispatched to assist Douglas County Fire for what they called a "multi-alarm threatening interface fire".
Helicopter water drops were also called and they were able to contain the burn to only 3 acres.

Faver Drive was shut down during the burn, but has reopened.
