Emergency crews are still fighting the fire on the training range in southwest Fort Carson.
The fire, which is about 720 acres, started on July 10 around 6 p.m.
The wind direction changed, causing the fire to come back onto previously burnt terrain. The fire started in rough terrain.
Overnight relative humidity increases will hopefully help with containment. Water drops will continue on Tuesday.
The cause is still unknown at this time. There was no live fire training going on in the area at the time that the fire started.
There is no threat to people or structures yet.
