The USFS is hiring 900 seasonal workers in positions at 17 national forests and seven national grasslands in Colorado, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wyoming.
The application process lasts from Jan. 4 to 11 for wildland fire and other early season positions.
Applications for recreation, fisheries, wildlife forestry, engineering, administration and other positions will be accepted from Feb. 1 to 7.
