A suspect is dead after an officer-involved shooting in Pueblo Friday.
According to the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office, Pueblo Police Officers were assisting the Department of Corrections Fugitive Unit in contacting a parolee.
An officer tried to apprehend the parolee, who then ran.
The parolee pointed a gun at the officer. The suspect was then shot and died.
No officers were injured.
