HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo — Community members and organizations have joined together to show support for the victims of Tuesday's STEM School Highlands Ranch shooting that left one student dead and eight injured.
Two shooters walked into the STEM School Highlands Ranch at South Ridgeline Boulevard and Plaza Drive at around 1:50 p.m. Tuesday and opened fire on their classmates in “two separate locations," according to Douglas County Sheriff Tony Spurlock
The Douglas County coroner said Wednesday that Kendrick Castillo, 18, was the student who was killed.
