Sunday a group gathered at City Park to celebrate the life of the 32-year-old single mother.
One week ago Denver police officer Celena Hollis was shot in the head and killed while trying to break up a fight at City Park.
During Saturday's funeral, her fellow police officers called her a devoted single mom and a fiercely dedicated officer who wanted to make the world safer for her 12-year-old daughter.
