Denver police took 21- year-old Jacob Helle into custody Tuesday. Police received a tip after releasing surveillance pictures of the suspect to the media.Helle is accused of following a woman after she got off a light rail train at the Alameda and Broadway station. The victim says the man knocked her to the ground and then fondled her.Helle is being held for investigation of unlawful sexual contact.
