DENVER – Police confirm that a pedestrian hit by an RTD bus was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon near the intersection of West Alameda Avenue and South Federal Boulevard.
Southbound Federal closed during the accident investigation. It reopened a few hours later. There's no word yet on the extent of the woman's injuries, or how it happened. A Route 31 bus was involved.
Police couldn't say if the woman was walking on the crosswalk or in the street when she was hit.
No additional information was immediately available.
