Joe Jabaily, 52, was killed in July, after his bike and a car collided while he was competing in a triathalon. After reviewing the evidence, the Larimer County District Attorney's Office has decided there's no cause to file criminal charges in the accident. Jabaily was neurologist in Loveland. At the time of his death, he was running for a seat in the state legislature.
