There's a town in southwestern Colorado that's home to the headquarters of the Ute Mountain Ute Indian Reservation. Its name is Towaoc.
David Black asked Next to find out how to pronounce "Towaoc," and we were completely. We called the Ute Mountain Ute Indian Reservation to ask, "What do you say?"
"(Toy-Ahk)," Helen Munoz, the Culture and Language director, said. (You can hear the pronunciation better than we can spell it in the video above.)
So there you have it.
Munoz also told us the word means "okay" in her native Ute language.
