Democratic State Representative Steve Lebsock (D-Thornton) is defending himself from sexual misconduct allegations by hand-delivering a 28 page manifesto to colleagues, trying to fend off his removal from the Colorado House.
9NEWS has a copy of the documents, which Lebsock delivered Monday. He graphically details the sex life of one of his multiple accusers. He outs her for having an extramarital affair, and says she did not report a sexual assault by another person at the Capitol.
Lebsock says, in the case of another accuser, that he couldn't have been unbuttoning her blouse a bar, as has been claimed, because he was playing the bar's Ms. Pac Man game at the time and got a really high score.
A fellow Democrat may introduce a measure to kick Lebsock out of office as soon as Wednesday, when the legislative session begins.
