MILLIKEN, Colo. — Milliken police are investigating the death of a man whose body was recovered from Ehrlich Lake Tuesday as an accidental drowning.
Front Range Fire Rescue posted just before 11:30 a.m. that they along with Milliken Police, Windsor-Severance Fire Rescue, Greeley Fire and EMS crews were searching the lake, which is located at Ehrlich Park near the intersection of Alice Avenue and South Traildust Drive.
Police said they went to the area because it was "a possible location of a missing person." They found items identifying the person near the bank of the lake.
The man's body was recovered around 1 p.m. He has been identified as 39-year-old Jonathan Martin Emsbach. Police said they do not suspect foul play, and they are investigating the death as an accidental drowning.
